Payment methods and shipping costs

1. Delivery

1.1 Your order will be shipped via DPD, DHL, UPS, GLS. Shipping to packing stations (DHL) is currently not possible.

1.2 We ship to the following countries: Germany, European Union, other countries on request: info@dioxsan.de

1.3 Unfortunately, we currently can not offer shipping to Switzerland and England.

1.4 If you would like to order larger quantities and your country is not available in the store for shipping, please feel free to contact us at info@dioxsan.de

2. Shipping Costs

2.1 For shipping within Germany we charge a flat rate of 4.50 EUR per order.

From a gross order value of 79 EUR we ship free of charge.

2.2 For shipping to foreign countries we charge the following flat rate per order:

Spain: 4,99 EUR & from a gross order value of 79 EUR we ship free of charge.

Austria, France, Italy, Portugal, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg:

Order Value under 40 EUR: 8,50 EUR

From Order Value over 40 EUR: 6,50 EUR

Rest of the EU: 11,99 EUR

2.3 In the case of cross-border deliveries, further taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-community purchase) and/or duties, e.g. in the form of customs duties, may be incurred. These are to be borne by you.
